Why We Love Xero Z-Trail Shoes
Barefoot shoes are simply shoes without much padding. They are also flat and have no heel rise, which is why they are sometimes called “zero drop” shoes. The flat, minimal sole means you can feel the ground beneath your feet, improving your balance and strengthening the muscles in your legs and feet.
Xero Z-Trail Sandals make my life better I’m still a fan today when I first tried them a few years ago. They offer the best balance between cushioning and freedom of movement. The Z-Trails have 10mm of cushioning, which is a good option for newbies (though if you’re new and wearing them for short periods of time, you should still take your time and increase the duration slightly until your feet adjust).
