In 2021, the world continues to face the fallout from the Covid19 pandemic, including a “great resignation” with millions of people leaving their jobs. But as we start the new year, there are signs that this phenomenon will continue into 2022 and beyond.
The first week of January, the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics 4.5 million workers voluntarily quit their jobs in November, up from records recorded in the first few months of 2021, the report said.
