A coup d’état to overthrow Russian President Vladimir Putin is underway, according to the head of Ukraine’s military intelligence service.
Major General Kyrylo Budanov told Sky News that the coup “cannot be stopped”.
Budanov said the Russian leader was “in very bad mental and physical condition.”
