The Washington Wizards selected Gonzaga’s Corey Keithbert with the 15th overall pick in the NBA Draft on Thursday.
The 22-year-old Kispert is known for his ability to shoot and stretch the floor. The 6-foot-7 forward played in college with current Wizards forward Rui Hakmula.
In Gonzaga, Keithbert shot 40.8% from three and averaged 11.6 points per game.
As a senior, Kispert averaged 18.6 points per game.
The Wizards received the 22nd overall pick from the Los Angeles Lakers as part of Russell Westbrook’s larger package.
