Famous skateboarder Terry Kennedy May now face murder charges-the man he allegedly attacked at a motel in Illinois is dead… TMZ Sports Learned.
The Cook County Forensic Medical Office told us that the 23-year-old Josiah Casahon Passed away on Sunday morning. TMZ Sports broke the story… Kennedy was arrested last week after the police alleged that he attacked Josiah at a motel on Oakbrook Terrace, causing him to fracture his skull and have a concussion.

As we initially reported, Kennedy was also booked last week for repeatedly threatening to murder the police who tracked him and arrested him on suspicion of assaulting Josiah.
A police spokesperson said that Kennedy told the police, “I will kill one of you. We kill the police where I come from.”
It is not clear what triggered the so-called motel attack, but according to social media posts…it seems that Casahun and Kennedy were once friends.
