Video taken from across the arena shows the couple rubbing each other…though a more zoomed-in angle of the action seems to suggest they’re just dancing.
A spokesperson for the Sunrise Police Department told CNN that officers were in the suite at the time of the incident…and insisted the two did not have sex.
“They just danced provocatively,” the spokesman said.
We’re told police asked Kodak and his partner to stop shortly after they started…and the rapper had no problem.
The spokesman added that there were no ongoing investigations and no plans to bring charges.
