8:16 a.m. Pacific Time – Marsh Law, Spencer’s legal team, seems to be submitting the amended complaint, telling us, “According to the court’s order, we will soon submit the second amended complaint. We believe Spencer will be allowed to proceed with the case.”

That day obviously came and went, and there was no news from Eldon and his company. ——So, the judge approved Nirvana’s desire to cancel the entire lawsuit…at least for now. If Eldon wants to continue to resolve this issue, he must now submit a revised complaint before January 13.
