Nancy Pelosis husband, Paulwill face criminal charges — and possibly jail time for his recent DUI arrest, and TMZ has learned… arresting officers noticed Pelosi handing him a special card showing him supporting the police .
Paul Pelosi was charged with 2 misdemeanors – driving while under the influence of alcohol causing injury, and driving causing injury with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
We were told a blood sample was taken and it returned 0.082% BAC…just over the legal limit.
TMZ breaks the story… Paul is involved in a car accident On the evening of May 28 near Napa, California, police said Paul was driving the steering wheel of a 2021 Porsche when he was knocked over by a Jeep in a two-car collision.
The responding CHP official said Pelosi had “objective signs and symptoms of alcoholism”…such as watery eyes, slurred speech and a “strong smell of alcohol” on her breath. They said he also showed signs of damage after a field sobriety test.
Interestingly, they also noticed that Pelosi handed him his “11-99 Foundation” card when he asked the police for his ID. The foundation provides financial aid and scholarships to CHP officers and their families.
Penalties include up to five years of probation, a minimum of five days in prison, and the installation of an ignition interlock.

Police also noted that the victim reported pain in his arms, shoulders and neck, difficulty lifting things…and was seeking medical attention.
