Frey had an RBI single and Bertram hit a two-run double in four games that gave Michigan a 5-2 lead after three innings.
The Terrapins had two points at the top of the fourth quarter, but Frye had a two and Bertram had a scoring single to end a five-point response with a 10-4 lead.
