Lori Harvey is the latest celebrity to get bogged down by detailing her weight loss journey – just another lesson for the rich and famous… don’t say anything.
The model and influencer recently posted a diet/workout regimen on TikTok, and she continues to lose weight — over 15 pounds, if not more, she explains — and she says she gained weight after the first contact span Michael B. Jordan.
Was trying to share some knowledge… LH spilled the tea, but it totally backfired. She says she’s been doing Pilates for the past year or so — but when she’s in weight loss mode, she’s doing more than that…including lots of cardio.
Then came the real secret — Lori said she ate about 1,200 calories during that time, which, she added, was where she got a lot of flak.
Many have criticized her for promoting what they think is an unhealthy crash diet…people think it’s actually detrimental to possibly following the norm led by Lori, look at how many followers/fans she has and how influential she is.
There are also accounts of society’s fear of obesity, claiming that Hollywood’s obsession with distorted and unrealistic body image is doing a lot of damage to society as a whole.

While it’s unclear how fast Lori is losing weight, she’s received the same — but it’s funny, there seems to be a lot of people defending her…she thinks she’s just answering what fans want to know, And this diet works very well specifically for her.
It looks like Lori predicted this because of her comments after the video…basically saying the program worked for her and she doesn’t necessarily encourage others to do the same…as everyone has a lot of physical and nutritional needs different.
You’d think this sort of thing goes without saying — but apparently, people can’t think for themselves in 2022. And, as is customary, celebrities are best zipped up in this era.
