Lisa Marie Presley Believes Late Son Will Love ‘Elvis’ Movie

She wrote that she “hasn’t posted in a while because there really isn’t much to say as I am and will always be mourning the loss of my son.”

“Through this horrific grief, my heart and my soul were utterly destroyed and shattered, almost engulfing me whole,” Presley wrote. “There is nothing that appeals to me other than my 3 other children. My time and attention are running out.”

But Presley wrote that she’d seen “Elvis” twice so far, and it was “simply spectacular.”

“Absolutely beautiful,” she wrote. “Austin Butler [who plays her father, Elvis Presley] Perfectly guides and embodies my father’s heart and soul. “

She was also full of praise for Luhrmann’s director.

Presley wrote: “In this beautiful film you can feel and witness the sheer love, care and respect that Buzz has for my father, which ultimately is what I and my children and their children can always do for me. proud of it.”

She said she was particularly fond of her three daughters, including actress Riley Keough, “obviously overwhelmed in the best way and treated them in a way I hadn’t experienced before. proud of his grandfather and his legacy.”
