PRs are suing LaMelo Ball … claims the NBA star owed her millions after signing a lucrative contract with Puma, but never let her get a cut of the deal.
Amber Johnson The allegations are spelled out in a new lawsuit, by TMZ Sports, claims Ball hired her back in 2019 for a business deal, but he screwed her up in a short time.
Johnson said she teamed up with Ball to get him on a video game streaming show — and things went so well that Ball and his representatives asked her to continue working with them.
In her lawsuit, Johnson alleges that as part of their working relationship, Ball and his camp agreed to take a 10 percent cut of any deals she found for the basketball player. She also said they agreed to reimburse her for any out-of-pocket expenses she incurred while working on projects for Melo.
Johnson claims she helped Bauer sign a contract with the streaming service Caffeine shortly after.
After that 2019 deal, Johnson said she also started talking to Puma about working with Ball.
In her lawsuit, Johnson said she helped facilitate communication between Melo and the shoe giant company … which she said ultimately resulted in a $100 million contract for Ball.
However, Johnson said she never got a piece of the deal she delivered to the star. She also said she was never reimbursed $4,800 for helping Ball with various other projects.
She is seeking more than $10 million in damages.
