Go “Sleeveless” on Leg Day with These 5 Exercises

Celebrity coach Don Saladino and M&F social media director Frank Sepe want to help you look your best this summer. That’s why they live on Instagram every week, showcasing some of the best workouts you can do to be your best.

A recent episode of Sleeveless showcased a killer leg day class where you need to get your lower body fit for the beach or stage. This workout has two common themes. The first is that they keep breaks to a minimum, starting as soon as one is over. Another is that they increased the weight of each set and completed an exercise with a more challenging approach.

“Increase the intensity, increase the sets, increase the reps,” Sepe said before starting his fourth set of seated leg curls.

Another tip they shared was to change the position of the feet during leg presses to target more of the thighs in a set. Saladino recommends 10 reps in the normal position, 10 close, and 10 wider. Then he felt its effects.

“After that, my legs were dying,” he said.

They recommend this for those who want to train hard, but if you’re dealing with an injury or have to modify it, seek medical advice from an appropriate source.

“Don’t take advice from someone online. Your doctor is the boss,” Saladino stressed.
