for Kane Hodderthe actor who wore the Jason Vorhees mask in the “Friday the 13th” movie, there was nothing unfortunate about Friday the 13th…he said the day changed his life.
Kane, who played killer roles in four of the 12 installments in the series, told TMZ…the so-called Doom Day was actually a transformative moment in his Hollywood career.
As Kane explained, “Friday the 13th” took his career to the next level…transforming him from a stuntman to a horror movie star signing autographs for adoring fans.
Kane said he only had the best of luck on Friday the 13th…it’s a very rare feeling, he added that the worst thing that happened to him on the 13th was that he got burned in a fire stunt error, but it wasn’t in this way. Not Friday.
It’s not just movie roles that brighten up Kane’s Friday the 13th experience…he says his pockets got fat this Friday, May 13th…thanks to his demands on Cameo surge.
Kane also tells us why playing Jason is harder than people think…and why he wants to be killed by the famous character if the franchise makes a 13th film.
