China approves railway project worth US$2.55 billion in southern provinces

Beijing (Reuters)-According to local media reports on Tuesday, China’s National Planning Commission has approved the construction of a 16.3 billion yuan (2.55 billion US dollars) railway project in southern China.

According to Meizhou Daily, the railway will connect Ruijin City in Jiangxi Province and Meizhou City in Guangdong Province.
