Reuters, December 3-US President Joe Biden stated that he will have “long-term discussions” with Russian President Putin on the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, and he will not accept Russia’s “red line”.
“We have known Russia’s actions for a long time, and my expectation is that we will have a long discussion with Putin.” Biden told reporters during a trip to Camp David on the weekend.
“I don’t accept anyone’s red line,” he said of Russia’s request.
Ukrainian authorities stated that more than 94,000 Russian troops had assembled near the Ukrainian border and cited intelligence reports that Moscow may plan to launch a large-scale military offensive at the end of January.
