Arjun Kapoor talked about his relationship with his sisters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. He said that they do share personal matters, but he does not interfere with their lives. He also said that they respect each other, and as an older brother, he would make fun of them.
In an interview with a leading portal, when asked about his relationship with his sisters, Arjun said: “The good news is that they respect me, and I respect them. In a sense, I do tend to To bully people, because I do tend to laugh at them from time to time, because I have a sharp sense of humor, and I do tend to make some extra jokes.”
He further added: “Regarding suggestions, we don’t live together now, so we don’t discuss everything every day. I hate to create the false impression that we are a happy family, living under the roof and discussing everything. We have discussed a lot of things, and we will continue to do so. But this is still a very private space for us to come out and talk so openly. I am a person who believes in letting people do what they choose to do. I don’t interfere. But yes, if one of them comes to me to talk about something, I’m always there to provide my two cent experience.”
In a previous interview, Arjun stated that Janhvi and Khushi played an important role in improving his relationship with his father, Boney Kapoor. He said: “We have all encountered a lot of our demons. It has to do with letting go, which is a very cathartic way…just sitting there and talking nonsense, and then realizing that you are catching it unknowingly or deliberately. Living things, it’s a weird treatment because you should do it. But because of the two of them, I love my father more. It’s complicated. I’ve been able to see my father from a different perspective. If I’m not with Janhvi and Khushi share this equation. I will hate many things and will never feel the need to reconnect with him at this level.”
Arjun Kapoor last appeared in Bhoot Police, and the show was released on OTT in September 2021. He is currently filming for Ek Villain Returns with John Abraham, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria.
