I need to slow things down a bit. If we sit down and consume some content, maybe we can all contribute to it.
Jessica Biel is the ultimate enemy in this limited series, based on a true horrific crime from the 1980s.
Bill plays Candy Montgomery, a Texas housewife with a “perfect” life who has an affair with her best friend’s husband that ends in murder.
“Candy” is currently streaming on Hulu.
“The Hacker” Season 2
Critics and audiences seem to love “hacking” — and rightfully so.
Jean Smart’s legendary comedian Deborah Vance teamed up with the equally talented Hannah Einbinder’s young comedy writer Ava Daniels to bring some great drama.
The show returns with a new season of their odd couple energy, and it’s still just as entertaining, but also evolving at the same time.
Season two is streaming on HBO Max.
Bling Empire Season 2
Bling Empire focuses on a group of wealthy Asian friends, which means all the good life, all the fashion, and of course all the drama.
The new episodes start streaming on Netflix this Friday.
two things to hear
Five years after his last critically acclaimed studio album, Kendrick Lamar has finally dropped a new project.
The new album is released on Friday.
Florence Welch caught the coronavirus and watched a lot of vampire content, including “Brahm Stoker’s Dracula.”
“The entire record is an allegory of ‘be careful what you want,'” Welch told the publication. “The monster of the show heard me say: You don’t want to tour anymore? How do you feel now that you’ve been sitting still for a year?”
Watching horror movies during the pandemic has led to what The Times called “a haunting series of rock songs in the works”.
Pour it on us, because “Dance Fever” hits theaters Friday.
have one thing to talk about
Cheers to Anthony Anderson!
I love seeing people, especially celebrities, show that it’s never too late to pursue your dreams. When a star does something like going back to school to finish a degree, it definitely affects everyone else.
Especially when you’ve already achieved something, including getting rich and famous, you’re less motivated to do things like going back to school.
Big thanks to Anderson for accomplishing his goal and for reminding us that it’s possible.
something to sip
Another celebrity who has used his fame for inspiration is Harry Styles.
Now, he says the therapy has helped him “open up his room,” which is fitting given his latest album, due out May 20, is titled “Harry’s House.”
“I think accepting life, being happy, hurting to the extreme, that’s what you’re most energized for,” Stiles said. “Losing the cry of it, losing the laughter of it — I don’t think there’s a way to do it better than that. alive.”
It’s about feeling alive!
