Amy Schneider, the transgender “Dangerous!” Champion, said she was robbed at gunpoint

Oakland, California-Domination “Dangerous!” Champion Amy Schneider told her social media fans that she was robbed at gunpoint in Oakland, California on New Year’s weekend.

Oakland resident Schneider tweeted about the robbery to her 52,000 followers, saying she was shocked, but otherwise fine.

“Hello everyone! So first of all: I’m fine. But I was robbed yesterday and lost my ID, credit card and phone. Then I really couldn’t sleep last night and dragged myself all day trying to replace everything,” Oakland The residents said in her post.

Oakland police said in a statement that they are still investigating the armed robbery that took place on Sunday afternoon and that no one has been arrested.

Schneider was the first transgender player to qualify for the championship. She won again on Monday’s show, giving her an impressive winning streak in 24 consecutive games. She has won a prize of $897,600 so far.

The game show issued a statement stating, “After learning about this, we are deeply saddened and have contacted Amy privately to provide help in any capacity.”
