amber heard details the alleged Johnny Depp She claimed it made her lip bleed – her lawyer tried to document the injury with photos – but was shot down by a judge because it was not brought to trial in time…but TMZ has photos… Depp’s press team says The photo does not match the time when she made the allegations.
Heard claimed in her testimony…Johnny hit her in the mouth during the brawl, saying: “I was in one of those fights, I believe it was one, in Europe in his city centre The central bank, we call it the loft, we were in the kitchen and living room area, and he backhanded me.”
She continued, “And, you know, he wore a lot of rings. I remember feeling like my lip bit my tooth and there was a little blood on the wall. It’s that simple, a little blood on the wall.”
We’ve got what Heard said was a photo she took after the alleged incident, showing the cut on her lip, and a note that said “I will return xxx”…she said Depp left a note.
This is the same photo that Hurd’s legal team wanted to show the jury, but Depp’s team objected to… saying Amber’s attorneys never submitted the photo during the discovery phase of the case. The judge agreed with Depp’s lawyers, so the photo was never introduced into evidence.
Now Depp’s team tells TMZ…the photo is from 2012 – TMZ has seen the metadata, we’ve confirmed this – but in the UK defamation case, Amber’s witness statement says the first violence The incident happened in 2013…a year after the alleged Bloody Lips photo was taken.
A source close to Amber says she screwed up her appointments in the UK case, and once she got her therapist’s records showing Johnny’s alleged abuse dates back to early 2012… so the timing of this photo Makes sense.
Of course, this photo and the alleged incident are just one example of the numerous allegations of physical violence that Heard and Depp have rebuked each other at their trial.
Remember, Johnny’s team claims Amber’s allegations evolution She has been using “new and convenient details” for years – and she has been “preparing to take her own life at this trial”.
The case is adjourned until May 16, when Amber is expected to reappear.
We reached out to Amber’s spokesman for this photo, and he had no comment.
