(Reuters) – Amazon.com Inc (Nasdaq: ) on Tuesday named Doug Herrington its global head of Amazon Stores, formerly Global Consumer, replacing Dave Clark.
Doug joined the company in 2005, went on to launch AmazonFresh in 2007, and has led the company’s North American consumer business since 2015.
The company said in early June that Dave Clark, the executive who built Amazon into a global delivery giant, would resign.
