Amanda Bynes Denying posting an alleged nude photo of her in the bathtub…she said she was not the person in the photo or who she tweeted about it.
Amanda told TMZ that she’s never taken a nude photo like the ones purporting to be hers circulating on the internet, and she’s never been connected to the Twitter page it first popped up.
Amanda’s attorney, Tamar Aminaktold TMZ…Amanda is not the naked woman in the photo posted on Twitter this week, and the AB’s legal team has been trying for years to get Twitter to remove the account in question, to no avail.
Her lawyers claimed that Twitter had repeatedly denied requests to deactivate the account, which used the handle @PersianLa27, and said Twitter’s refusal depended on their position that the account was a celebrity parody page.
Amanda’s attorney told us they even tried to use her previous supervision As the catalyst for Twitter to call off the attack…but the Bird app didn’t budge.
And, get this… Amanda’s attorney told us, “There’s nothing funny about what she’s going through with her mental health, and in fact Twitter thought it appropriate to keep a parody account to mock what she’s going through. Yes, it’s disgusting.”
